All course attendees are eligible to sign a contract of representation agreement with 3D Model Agency. Discounted monies are added to the model/talent statement, should the talent/model have signed the aforementioned agreement. If the model/talent declined the aforementioned agreement – discounted monies are to the account of the course attendee and or course buyer and are jointly responsible for the account.

Money-back guarantee if after 12 months you haven’t worked as a model/talent with 3D Model Agency under the following conditions: If a model/talent has not worked/booked a job after 12 months, they are eligible for money-back guarantee if; They have attended all castings – or have given valid written notice or a doctors note for castings missed, They have timeously and committedly worked with the advice, guidance and requests of 3D Model Agency.

Money-back guarantee on value-add courses: The money-back-guarantee only covers monies paid for course under the following conditions: The money-back guarantee does not offer 100% money-back paid for course, If a course is bought on a discount, the discounted price will be taken into consideration for the money-back guarantee and not the full value of the course. The courses include value-add material, such as industry knowledge and material (paid for and model/talent retained benefit photoshoots) that are to the benefit of the course attendee; therefore the course buyer will only be provided a 30% money-back guarantee.

Jobs are defined as work for a 3rd party and invoiced by 3D models to a client.
